My wife contacted Rich after we found our cars covered in sand and moss as a result of a roof cleaning job at the neighbours that went badly wrong.
He was able to advise my wife on what needed to be done until he was able to get to us.
Rich arrived on time, went through the options and then proceeded to clean and detail the car.
And what an amazing job he did - you’d never know what sort of state they had been in before he arrived.
All door openings, bonnet recess and boot surround had been thoroughly cleaned - wheels left immaculate and protective coating applied to paintwork (to replace the one that had been eaten into by the sands and other substances washed onto the car when they cleaned next doors roof).
Rich followed up with a text to check I was satisfied with job, highlighting a couple of areas that needed some further attention and provided information about products that could be used to maintain the vehicle/replace the protection that had been removed.
Would we recommend him - absolutely- 5 star service from start to finish and his attention to detail was amazing!
